Telesales Executive to £20k + Bonus

Experienced, dynamic and highly self-motivated Telesales Executive now required to proactively contact existing and potential clients to generate vacancies and appointments for our team of Recruitment Consultants.

You will have a proven telemarketing background with ideally over 12 months outbound sales experience. You must be able to communicate well at all levels, be well educated with a professional and tenacious attitude to work, and above all, have a strong desire to succeed.

You will join a busy, friendly office and a professional team who are motivated by results. The training and the position itself are demanding, however the financial rewards are unrivalled.

You can expect a starting basic salary c£16-20k with an OTE in excess of £30k in the first year, with excellent training and development available. Preference will be given to candidates with an engineering knowledge or background.
